Panelized kits are a lot faster and easier to put together than a precut kit as you only have to screw together four walls and a floor. A precut kit has many individual pieces of lumber that you have to sort and figure out where they go and nail together piece by piece. They may even charge you extra for a floor package! Why? All our walls come fully assembled and painted your choice of colors with windows and doors already in them. Floor comes fully assembled too, you just screw them together easy! Roof trusses come premade and roof plywood precut so it goes together fast. You will have to spend an hour or two roof shingling. Our kits go together in one or two days, not three days or weekends like a precut kit takes, along with extra trips to the lumberyard for items not included.

We do not use common carrier as they are much less flexible and known to damage kits. We can go where a tractor-trailer can’t. We may be able to get closer to your site, but that is up to the driver. All kits come with two windows, one single door or one set of double doors. It takes two people to carry and build. We use in our panelized kit packages only top-quality materials. All hardware, nails, screws, and touch up paint included. Wall panels can be full length, or 4’ – 6’ – 8’ foot sections, depending on shed  size.
